Does it take a judge’s order to allow them access? If not, what will? I find it so hard to understand how, with all our checks and balances, ICE just disregards the law. Why are we letting this happen? What steps can we take to hold this group accountable?

When ANY uninsured person is treated in the Emergency Room (our kids, parents, neighbors), who pays for it? The TAXPAYERS. Universal healthcare is the best way to handle this.

Is it possible for a group of US Citizens to file a class action suit against a US agency or department for violating the Hatch Act ( e.g. posting a banner on the official website stating that “Democrats are responsible” for the current shutdown)?

AND please work with your fellow representatives to lean on our Defense (NOT “war”) Department to stand down —they cannot deploy to cities/states where local leadership has made clear they are unwanted and unneeded!

This IS absolutely required. Hillary, we are counting on you to use all the influence you have to ensure we ( your constituents) get the budget we need for our community and our families.
