The Constitution can be changed, but it’s a difficult process requiring a lot of steps as it was designed to be. The last is 38 states have to ratify it. Not likely in our current environment. It also requires 2/3’s of the House and Senate to approve. It takes consensus to change the Constitution.

What a day! UK wins at Missouri, and I just took a 6 mile hike in the Flatirons on a cloudless, calm 55 degree day. Now I’m soaking it all in watching other CBB games. Sometimes UK BB makes me sad, but other times so happy. I’m fired up for the post season!
