Maybe he should worry more about cities in his own state. Memphis, for instance, which has a much worse crime rate than D.C. Why doesn't he ask his buddy Trump to help his own people?

Doesn’t Trump care about crime in states that voted for him? Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, and Missouri have cities with significantly higher crime than D.C. He’s just not trying to help anyone, he's just picking a fight with a place where he's unpopular.
