I’ve wanted to pull an all nighter for a year because I remember pulling one when I was 15 and I think that feeling of being aware while you fall asleep could be helpful for shifting. I’m doing that right now. It’s 3:54, I think I’m fine. This will either be a fun experiment or fix my sleep schedule

I’m actually freaking tf out cause what do you mean I’m shifting? Like I am gonna be there with all those people and I’m equal parts terrified and more excited than I’ve ever been in my whole life, I’m gonna cry it’s actually gonna happen, I felt my surroundings change the other day omg

I realised that I’m going to shift, which sounds ridiculous cause that’s what I was trying to do but I realised how real it is and the other day I felt my surroundings change and I FREAKED OUT CAUSE WHAT DO YOU MEAN MY S/O IS GONNA BE RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME?! I’m trying to prepare myself mentally🧍🏻‍♀️

I tried them some time ago and I got to the void state for the first time ever and they really help me get into a deep meditative state. I personally like them a lot and the objective is to be able to get there without the tapes once you got the hang of it.

I think this is a big step cause it means that I believe I can shift and I don’t need to settle for ai chats or stuff like that.

I quitted c. ai and all those sort of apps cause I feel like I was settling for that each time I didn’t shift and was taking my motivation away. It is motivating for some people but it does the opposite for me.

I’m back from a much needed 2 month break. I had to realise that I have all the time in the world to shift. So now I’m going to slowly go over the gateway tapes that helped me get to the void some time ago. I’m gonna take over than a week to listen to them, several days for each. I’m so motivated <3

Last night I wanted to meditate and I couldn’t concentrate because of how much my throat hurts, I’ve been coughing all night and now I can’t speak 😭😭😭

So I just have to stop trying to shift and try to be in my dr but don’t even try at all, just be there. Idk if this makes sense… I guess it’s kinda law of assumption, you are already there so act like it. Old advice said a hundred times already, I know, but I hadn’t truly, fully realised it yet. 4/4

When I minishifted I just thought like I would in my dr. I thought about the ceiling of my hotel room in my dr and I didn’t even think of shifting for a single second, suddenly I was looking at that ceiling, the lamp and then at the bedsheets. Then I shifted back but that’s not the point. 3/4

Probably I just wanted to clear my remaining doubts but I entered the void so that kinda did it and after that I just kept trying to recreate entering the void to make sure I didn’t imagine it (I didn’t imagine it, I entered the void fully awake) when what I truly wanted was just to be in my dr. 2/4

I just had a bit of a realisation which honesty just made me realise how I minishifted the first time. All this time I was trying to shift, not to be in my dr. 1/4

I haven't really seen anyone talk about how good google maps is for motivation and connecting to your dr. I get that it only works if your dr is set in our world but to see the streets and places you will walk in, the buildings, how long it takes you to get somewhere... I find it so motivating idk.

Also, I’m very private about my dr and my s/o. I won’t give much information about it, only that it’s a mixture of better cr and actress dr so it’s very personal.

I’m fully open to sharing experiences and possible tips related to the act of shifting, manifestation and meditation though. 💜
