“Do you trust me, Satoru?” Suguru asks. “I have an idea.” “Yeah, ‘course I trust you.” Satoru swallows. “Don’t be afraid to use the safe word if it’s too much.” Suguru leans forward to kiss him. It is a chaste kiss, a small but meaningful gesture of his boundless affection, and Satoru mellows underneath him, some of that special shine returning to his lidded gaze. Suguru is, unfortunately, a bit of a bastard. After Satoru completely relaxes into the kiss, he parts from his lips, grabs the backs of his knees, and then attempts to fold him in half. He scrutinizes his face for any sign of discomfort as he tests his flexibility, pushing his knees closer to his shoulders at a slow pace, but the expression he finds almost causes him to burst into laughter. Satoru looks puzzled, his nose crinkling in bemusement, his brows furrowing at the stretch of his leg muscles. It’s as if his brain is struggling to comprehend what is happening; the cogs are whirling and smoking in his head, but nothing is computing as it should. “What are you doing?” Satoru deadpans. “What do you think I’m doing? I’m putting you in a mating press.” Suguru adds cheerfully, “You’re doing great, by the way.”

Pretty much after I saw this post/attempted to report Bunny's fic, I was curious if my own fic had been reposted as well... which, yeah. It's there.

Despite living in the US, I'm hesitant to use the DMCA form myself b/c of that legal gray area for fanfics, so... kind of at a loss! ;;

How would you report this if you're not the publisher? Report the issue for intellectual property, or?
