There's an alternative model to improve senior management that would not require VCs to come from educationalist backgrounds: expect them to teach and administer one module per term per annum. If you go to the top right corner of your home screen there is a settings box which allows you to pin particular feeds to your screen. You can also search for them. There is one for #18c for instance and one for #histsci. And a general history one that uses the 🗃 emoji.
