ex: a u.s. tech worker is probably worth $250,000 before benefits vs. an h1b employee that would probably accept $100,000 with benefits…

that $100k price tag for H1B visas, feels like it’s going to EMPOWER tech giants to continue their practices and chalk up the costs to the costs of doing business

here’s a thought, the cost of living in a state (as in affording a house) shouldn’t be more than 3-4x the annual income of a minimum wage worker in said state…

using PA, where I live, the average home cost should be around $200,000 for an actual 2BD/2BA starter home
