All this to say, basically every song on my playlist is assigned a character I like in my head, and my hope is to one day be able to make those connections a reality. Doesn't help that I do covers making such a thing feel more viable.

Genuine question, how does anyone commission things like animatics? How much of an idea should I come to you with? What if I'm bad at explaining? How do I find an artist that likes the thing I need drawn? I feel like there are rules to this one one talks about...
