Hippopotamus means “river horse.”

I just threw together the simplest lunch and this is the tastiest meal I’ve had in a while:
a chickpea salad w/bell pepper, cuke, red onion, olives, garlic, olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper, and on the side some shrimp sautéed in a little avo oil and sprinkled with chili powder
