This work honours Dr. Anahid Jewett, whose expertise helped bring it to life. It lays the foundation for AI-driven antigen discovery, combo therapies, and a broader solid tumour strategy.

The therapy uses CD34⁺ donor stem cells and is engineered to express CD93, CD40L, and CXCL13 – creating potent, off-the-shelf immune activators that overcome tumour-induced immunosuppression.

Renovaro just published landmark preclinical data in Vaccines! Our next-gen dendritic cell therapy reduced pancreatic tumour volume by up to 81.7% in humanized mice and activated strong, targeted immune responses. 🧵
