Please share your thoughts with us in this second series of connected conversations.

We understand that sometimes it might feel like no one is really listening to your thoughts and feelings about Self-Directed Support (SDS) and the help you receive.

We are receiving an increase in calls from people concerned about the scale and effects of reductions in support and services.

We recognise the need to balance the books, but we remain committed to supporting sustainable, effective and person centred support across Social Care.
