NASA already sent human remains to the moon, then realized their mistake in not consulting Indigenous communities. And now two commercial companies tried to do the same (their spaceship is failing, so they won't make it), and NASA didn't speak up. What kind of message does this send?

Dr. Michelle Wong Brings the Science of Skincare to New Audiences
Misinformation about skincare runs rampant on social media. The chemist behind the Lab Muffin Beauty Science blog is here to clear things up.
Iβm really excited to be working on a series of profiles of women in science for Wired, and the first one is up.
Beauty science is underrated, and I so appreciate Michelle Wong for her beauty science breakdowns. Scicomm on social media is hard and she does it SO WELL: www.wired.com/story/women-...

"Don't engage, just block," to trolls, sea lions, bigots and anyone else whose purpose on the site appears to be to make others as unhappy as they are. Also, you don't have to wait for these folks to be unpleasant to you directly; when you see them treat others terribly, that's when to cut them out.

Can we fit the universe in a box?
Wouldnβt it be nice to have a computer answer all of the biggest questions in the universe?
Wouldnβt it be amazing if a computer could just answer all of the biggest questions in the universe?
No no, not like ChatGPT β I'm talking about simulating the ENTIRE FREAKIN' UNIVERSE.
Yeah, we'll prob never be able to do that, but scientists are talking about it...π
