Rachel Handlin is possibly the first person with Down syndrome to receive an MFA, and one of few to hold a bachelorโ€™s degree. Her first solo show features portraits of people with Down syndrome across the globe who have graduated from two- or four-year colleges. nyti.ms/3OVlkp9
