An article from Screenrant claiming that Five Nights at Freddy’s was inspired by a real shooting at a Chuck E. Cheese. This idea was additionally proposed by the Game Theorists in 2014. However, very little evidence actually suggests this, and it's unlikely the events inspired FNaF.

The first pumpkin that I've carved in over a decade
