JUICIO CONTRA UBISOFT. ¡No a los recortes de teletrabajo! Este año, Ubisoft ha decidido cambiar unilateralmente las condiciones de teletrabajo, empeorando las condiciones para gran parte de la plantilla. Las 2 secciones sindicales de CSVI-CGT han presentado dos demandas a Ubisoft, y el juicio de la primera demanda se celebrará mañana 28 de octubre a las 9.15H en el Juzgado Social de la Ciudad de la Justicia de Barcelona.

La empresa no ha dado ninguna justificación , y se ha negado a negociar con les empleades. La antigua política era trabajo remoto flexible de 40% de trabajo presencial y 60% remoto, sin días fijos. El nuevo modelo impone: Reducción de 60% de días mensuales remotos a 40% mensuales. De los 3 días en oficina, 2 serían fijos, sin opción a negociar. Aquellas personas con trabajo remoto al 100% tendrán que volver obligatoriamente a las oficinas de Barcelona, en plena crisis de vivienda.

La empresa ha emprendido un comportamiento agresivo, persiguiendo a empleades organizades, y haciendo que todes firmen coercitivamente un acuerdo "voluntario" aceptando la nueva política. Quien no lo hiciera, estaría obligade a trabajar en la oficina los 5 días de la semana. En respuesta a esta situación, las 2 secciones sindicales de CSVI-CGT reclaman: Vuelta inmediata a la política previa de trabajo en remoto. Si cambia la política de trabajo en remoto, se debe negociar, y compensar a quienes decidan abandonar por estas nuevas condiciones. La política de trabajo en remoto es un derecho adquirido. De acuerdo con la legislación española, no puede ser revocado unilateralmente.

La dirección ha dejado de lado sus promesas que afirmaban que "el trabajo remoto ha llegado para quedarse". Ha decidido empeorar la conciliación de muches trabajadores, no ha mostrado empatía hacia empleades con hijes, y ha generado un ambiente de negatividad general en toda la empresa. Ubisoft está forzando a que la gente deje sus puestos de trabajo de forma "voluntaria". ¡Basta ya de empeorar nuestras condiciones!

Mañana inicia el juicio de una de las demandas contra Ubisoft por imponer cambios en las condiciones de teletrabajo de toda la plantilla.
