Compare to Twinbrook Quarter: 453 units / 174,841 sq ft (4.01 acres) = 113.0 units per acre (and a Wegmans).

The Saks Fifth Avenue parking lot + store is 5.5 acres. So 120 units vs 622 units.

Prediction: The Hell No‼️ Committee on Friendship Heights will oppose it on two grounds:

1. too much affordable housing, and
2. not enough affordable housing.
