Mingze Dong and Jake Sumner, Yale CBB Ph.D. candidates, will be presenting their RIP talks on "Understanding and Enhancing Mask-Based Pretraining towards Universal Biological Representations" and "Modeling Protein Polymers at Different layers of Coarse-Graining".

Her research interests include immune system development, the microbiome-immune system interaction, autoimmune diseases, and women’s health.

During her free time, Emilee enjoys caring for her growing collection of houseplants, staying organized, crafting, reading, and going on walks.

Emilee earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas, where she double majored in Applied Mathematics and Biology, with a minor in Computer Science and Data Analytics.
