The Star Wars story I want is about a dude working in a fast food restaurant on Jakku who gets haunted by the force ghost of a Jedi who died 100 years ago and keeps nagging him with her unfinished business.

He just wants to ask the cute barista out, the Jedi is like "you need to steal a starship."
