Due to the new trailer I wanted to edit the scene of the instrument cause out of everyone in the franchise. I've only seen Kaworu play the piano (Rebuild & Manga) and Shinji playing the Cello (Anime)

Many people wanna defend that they're actually a couple even though the whole point was for Asuka to reject her dream reality & move on from Shinji

This doesn't mean the ship isn't canon. Asuka needs to focus on herself & be finally happy

I saw this footage at the venue. In this scene, Asuka takes Shinji's hand, and such a future is prepared for them, but Asuka concludes that she won't choose that path and will seize her own happiness herself.

If I made the people upset who love the new film. I'm extremely sorry. I think it's great you love it!! Cause I'm glad they gave Asuka some recognition
