I was there during the old font era. There wasn’t a big sign and you just snuck up on the campus if you were coming in via 195. 395 didn’t exist. The Dairy Bar, otoh, did have a nice sign.

Whoops, I was thinking of the Stouffers one. Still the same principle though. Supreme is the easiest of the mother sauces to make at home.

Make a quick supreme sauce with roux and chicken broth. Cook your chicken breast and broccoli. Pour sauce ove, then add a sprinkling of cheddar cheese. = Bird’s Eye. Of course you may need to add lots of salt to equal the frozen one.

Real Friday as the normal day pattern returned today. Of course, we’ll be thrown off again soon.

I think I can survive 4 more Sundays in a row before I have to adult on whatever day identifies as “normal.”
