The unwanted rubbish that comes up. I don’t even want to say what about in case it makes it worse! Admittedly it’s not as bad as the other place but it’s way more than I want. And I’ve been really careful about who I’ve followed…..🙄

And if I’m wrong then the HLTA needs to be paid on the teachers pay scale if they’re being expected to meet teacher standards (which you would for ECT).
Either answer, someone’s not going to like it!

I doubt it as HLTAs are not accountable to teacher standards. But I don’t know for sure.

Look at their website. Some schools put their priorities on there.
Last Ofsted report- how recent was it? Are those action points still valid?
What does external data look like? Any issues there?
But other than this I think it’s a full evaluation of the school, & add in a few ideas of your own.

But I really do love them.

Today at church I sat (as I usually do) in front of two old boys: David & Danny. I love them both. But it is like sitting in front of the two old boys from the muppets. You get a running commentary of everything in stage whispers. Including when they get lost in the hymn/service book>>
