We unfortunately lost a few hens in 2025 from illness, old age, and freak accidents. Not the first time I lost a good portion of the flock in a year. You can never really predict when it's going to happen, but I want to give them a good life at least.

I can see why certain parts weren't taught to me as a kid lol. I still don't understand what Canaan actually did because of how vague the verse is. I feel like the New testament is nowhere near as vague as Genesis. I'm running on NRSVUE as I heard it's most accurate and I'm still confused.

I want to get into the bible/faith again (been inactive since childhood), but actually reading that massive book is lowk frustrating. There's passages that give me hope and others that describe the entire family tree and why Onan deserved death for pulling out.

It's genus Enispa from northern Australia. Not sure which Enispa, haven't had much of a go at raising these. I know that there is a larger caterpillar which is recorded as Enispa prolectus:
