Idk if it's a matter of how rich you are that you have the means to move out there because median housing costs are less there for sure but it is hilarious how people can rationalize that because they have transportation options!

It is funny because there are commuters along the Illinois Zephyr/Carl Sandberg that live in communities west of Aurora that used to live and commute in on the Racetrack and moved out to those rural communities because the trains were less packed for their commute lol
