every day i'm closer to quitting art and getting a boring job so i can get top surgery and move out and be able to buy stupid things i like without going broke. sigh.

maybe not so much the right but that i should try working more for less (again) just to make sure i'll have money. because sometimes i /need/ it and i'm broke-broke.

and, i mean, my prices have changed over the years, it's reasonable. i know that, simply, i'm not going to be doing full illustrations for less money. but sadly it's not like my art is That popular and sometimes i do feel like i don't really have the right to charge that.

vent, i guess, but... as much as i love doing comms, i'm getting tired of wondering every month if i'm gonna have enough money. this has been my "job" since i was 17 and i love love love doing it, but instead of getting more comms, every time i get less.
