Marathon is really such a refreshing experience and I hope it has enough support behind it so it gets off the ground. Having it be a paid game will certainly help for a bit over being a f4p experience!

You can tell the team is really putting their all into this experience and I love that and I hope they keep catering to this core little audience the game is looking like it'll have.

Losing loot obviously sucks but as I said yesterday, reframing my experience with the game to just think of it as a roguelite really helps to not get angry at dying unexpectedly. Helps you feel more comfortable as well.

But to think we've only scratched the surface when it comes to this game. This is only the beginning. There is so much more we can do and so much more for us to learn as time goes on.

The gunplay feels good and the progression is cool and I hope there will be more to come.

It's all beautiful! I know people complain about the garish colors in the maps but I fucking love that shit. It's such a nice breath of fresh air after so many other games are scared to add splashes of colors to their world in the name of "realism."
