We must all work together to help eradicate it from society.

05.12.2024 12:08 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0The point is that the Scottish government can only work within the parameters dictated to them by WM and they balance the budget every year. They also have taken the political decision to look after the population within those parameters rather than just the wealthy donors which is how WM operates

04.12.2024 17:43 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0π£ @ShonaRobison: βWhile the UK Gov't froze all income tax thresholds, in Scotland, the basic and intermediate rate thresholds will increase this year by 3.5%.
This means the majority of taxpayers in Scotland will continue to pay less income tax than in the rest of the UK.β
π£ Eradicating child poverty is the Scottish Government's top priority.
π₯ But when Labour came into power in Westminster, they kept the brutal two-child cap.
