21/33 Officials Nataliya Barinova and Baris Bendav decided I was hiding from the Migration Agency. I was arrested at a scheduled meeting with the Agency I was allegedly hiding from. Neither in the arrest warrant nor in court were they able to justify their suspicion.

20/33 So, I filed yet another application with the Migration Agency, listing all these falsifications in detail and demanding that they be addressed. In response, I was put in deportation detention — of course, on fabricated grounds.

19/33 Who can comment decisions? The Ombudsman. Except the Ombudsman is not obliged to comment either. That’s why I received three template responses saying my complaints were of no interest.

18/33 In April 2025 I submitted a petition with questions about the case to the Minister of Migration and the Prime Minister. 200 signatures. In response, I received a message that ministerial interference is prohibited, and they cannot comment on officials’ decisions.

17/33 The judges were tired. The first decision had some creativity, but on 2025-01-20 Judge Mats Dahlström issued a very dull ruling: “I see no risk.” Appeal court judges Annika Lowén and Karin Öst on 2025-03-28 issued a template ruling — they too saw no risks.

16/33 Next decision 2024-10-22 - Amanda Nygren also pretends to be an idiot and sees nothing wrong with serving in the Russian army. Same with the situation with LGBT — the official believes there is no danger, so there is no danger. They are not obliged to explain reasoning.

15/33 I appealed again, and on 2024-05-07 Judge Josephine Boswell wrote that all these issues with the army are insignificant (so now 7 judges ignored direct lies in documents). However, I was granted a review of the case due to the new danger for LGBT people.

14/33 Andreas Svahn again pretends to be an idiot, explaining to me that since I wasn’t persecuted before, nothing threatens me now! Of course, I left Russia a year before the LGBT movement was recognized as extremist. But what about current situation?! Nothing.

13/33 Another part of the new application was that at the end of 2023 the Russian Supreme Court ruled that the “LGBT movement” is an extremist organization, and this was also included as grounds for my case.
