My youngest unfortunately has developed a love for my chicken wontons and chili sauce. 😂 any time I get an order he appears out of nowhere with a pleading look on his face.

Ah that’s a good question, we didn’t buy a house until 2017. And the taxes did go up steadily until two years ago.

This would backfire in my county though because our taxes have gone down. On the other hand the state just took over one of our biggest schools districts. So there’s that.

Quite a few of the people his administration are violently detaining and deporting are also Christians. Many of the refugees that would have come here this year are also Christian. We have not reached the depths of this man’s depravity yet.

I grew up in a culture that told me I should be afraid of Halloween and avoid it so as to “not give Satan a foothold”. I spent many 10/31s in a state of anxiety. Now that I have kids who love Halloween I marvel at their joy at getting to pass out candy and see other kid’s costumes. 1/2
