This cover of Begin Again by purity ring was a lot of fun to make. I was striving to make a metal cover without just copying the normal parts to distorted guitar. It gave me the chance to turn the vocal melodies into riffs and use them in a similar fashion as our other music.

I'm not a blender pro but I really enjoy making simple things like this. Metalcore visualizer. Bought some assets and built most of it with geo nodes. sync'd up the glow of the moon and castle with drum or vocal stems from the Ableton project.

We finally finished our album! Not quite sure how to classify the genre. #metalcore seems like the best wide-net, but a lot of times I wanna call it #posthardcore or #melodichardcore. We shift around from like #deathcore to borderline #poppunk at both ends of the spectrum.
