🎀 Today is probably the best I’ve felt since last December. I swear I have had either some cold or pain and today I almost feel completely back to normal. 🎀

Just finished watching this #cdrama “Glory” and it was SOOO good! One of my favorites! 🩷🪷🫖

🎀 Ginger tea is really amazing! I didn’t have any tea on hand so I just added some ginger powder to my tea and it literally got rid of my post nasal drip that I’ve been dealing with since early December! I think I’m going to start incorporating it into my diet more regularly. 🎀

The good news is my hands seem to be back to normal from my pinched nerve!
I think my bed has been contributing to my lower back pain. I’m wondering if because of that it also messed up my spine alignment and caused me my foot issues I’ve been having long before the nerve pain.
