Today, is a big victory for the youth and students who demonstrated how much it can be done when moved by justice and in collaboration.

The Court clearly concluded it is an obligation of all States, considering also their levels of responsibility.

🌱 The right to a healthy environment IS ESSENTIAL for the enjoyment of all other human rights.

This right must be:
✅Recognized by all States
✅Implemented by all

An era where collaboration, cooperation and integration should rule, and, as nature does it, pollination of all areas of law and knowledge is needed.
It is imperative to understand and advance the solutions needed. No excuses.
