These included baby, ft foxy, ft Freddy, puppet, mangle, bb and ennard. These seven were going to release in 2017-18 but were canned
The only plush thats lost is ennard.

It’s somewhat common knowledge that Glamrock Chica’s figure had her guitar changed after the first stock. But the minis did as well. The original stock has a 3 pronged guitar while the restock has a 4 pronged guitar

During the release of the sister location plush set. There were rumors of a yenndo and bonbon plush. These two obviously were fake leaks and never released.
We don’t have any images about the yenndo hoax we do have images accompanying the bonbon hoax

During 2017-2018 goodstuff released a set of big head styled plush. These plush were thought to be a unique style for fnaf. This however isn’t the case. As it was goodstuff’s base in 2017-2018.

The original concept for the toy Freddy plush uses an edited photo of phatmojo’s release of a sanshee Freddy. This edit was used on the box topper as well but with normal eyes. The black eyes were ultimately scrapped for the normal eyes in the released plush

during the production of the first wave of minis. There are 3 mini variants that never saw the light of day. On image 1 there’s an orange variant of springtrap. The 2nd image shows off a grey teared crying child. And a purple shadow Freddy in the style of bonnie

The plush backpack clips went through 3 designs throughout their production. The first draft had them very different to their released counterparts. The second design had red cheeks and the final design removed them.

During funko’s original pitch for fnaf merch. two masks were planned. These masks were ultimately cancelled and never released. These masks have the ID of 8844 and 8845. The item page still exists on funko’s website to this day

During the original stock of wave 1 of the plush. Funtime foxy had an error where their eyelashes came out of her iris instead of her eyelid.
This was changed very quickly in the second batch.

Despite being made by just toys now. The original series of backpack clips were designed by sanshee and produced by phatmojo. It is unknown how just toys got the rights to produce them after sanshee stopped

These colors would then be used for the restocked wave 1 figures. Along with removing the black wash on the original figures
