Once again, a happy 25th anniversary to Pokémon Gold & Silver! I remember staring at the Silver version's box every time I visited the store, unable to convince my parents to buy the English copy for me.

I didn't experience Johto for myself, until Pokémon Crystal.

These games started the second generation and had you travel through Johto to defeat Gyms and defeat Team Rocket before heading back to Kanto!
