It took 12 days to reach 1000 civilian deaths in Iran in the June war. We have reached that number in 4 days. These numbers are likely to spike even higher given reports Israel will be applying its criminal Dahiya Doctrine in Iran and that the US will be launching a massive new wave of strikes

Carney condemns Iran but merely asks the US/Israel to "respect" the rules of intl law. He bemoans the breaking of intl law but still supports what is happening to Iran because Canada "takes the world as it is." I don't know what tone he thinks he's striking but his ambiguity reeks of weakness

Separatists in Balochistan operate on both sides of the Iran/Pakistan border. The US has a track-record of working w/these groups in the past (see Seymour Hersh). If they are arming them again, Pakistan will not be pleased as it will undoubtedly cause instability for them too x.com/vvanwilgenbu...
