I kind of disagree with this list. Browsing through the official looking US government accounts, and there are some on there that have not posted any pro-Trump propaganda, or haven't posted anything at all. Good resource to reference and block manually, though!

Honestly it's kind of extremely embarrassing that a ton of these official government accounts don't even have custom domain handles. Like... You're a department of government. You look ridiculous.
