Great tip! You can also call after hours on a weekday to leave a message for the same result. What we need is A LOT OF CALLS AND FEEDBACK. You don't need to be well spoken, you don't need to be "smart", you just need to tell them to oppose/appeal ID laws, censorship, etc.

i want to stress: i firmly believe that we, just us normal people, can push back against this global wave of censorship.

we CAN do this.

there may be temporary setbacks, lost battles, but i do firmly believe that with sustained action, we can make our futures better for art and human expression.

this is why i encourage people to call/mail their representatives on issues too. This is WHY a lot of them get really nervous when they get a bunch of phone calls yelling at them, not because theyr hearts and minds are being changed but because theyre seeing their cushy ass job at risk

thats why even if all you do is call and list off a bunch of bills you want opposed, and say "btw i support adult content and wanna see obscenity laws repealed k bye thx" you're still helping a ton cuz youre yet another constituent theyre no longer sure theyre gonna get a vote from
