Is it just me?
What I've learned from a year of exploring my ADHD
When I was diagnosed with ADHD in January of this year, at 35, I had a lot of mixed emotions. After exploring my neurodivergence for almost a year, my latest Good Grief Guide explores some of my learnings, thoughts, feelings, tips and tricks. Read it here open.substack.com/pub/goodgrie... ππ

Iβm horrified by the violent attack at a synagogue in Manchester.
I have been in contact with the Mayor of Greater Manchester and the Home Secretary, and would like to reassure Londoners that the Met Police are stepping up patrols in Jewish communities and synagogues across London.
My thoughts are with all those affected on the holiest day in the Jewish calendar, Yom Kippur.
London stands ready to help in any way we can.
My thoughts are with everyone affected by the attack in Greater Manchester today.

Over the years, Iβve written about everything from death admin to loneliness and lessons Iβve learned (both big and small). The result has been a platform inhabiting a small part of the internet where Iβve gained a lovely, loyal community and the confidence to speak about difficult subjects

When I was first bereaved back in 2013, there was virtually no space for millennial grief. I felt so alone, so I started The Good Grief Guide as way to voice my own feelings, process some of my complex experiences and provide a space for others to feel less isolated on their grief journey ππ
