Feral kitten update! This morning I put out some kibble and he went to start eating it. I reached out and ran my hand down his back and stritched his butt. He did the cat tip toe and didn't turn around mad. Let me scratch both ears, no angry bapping with paw. I'll take it as a win!

From what video is available publically, multiple views show that 1) Mr. Pretti was videoing federal agents, 2) agents make physical contact with Pretti and spray him with a chemical agent, 3) during struggle, an agent removes a handgun from back waistband from Pretti, 4) Pretti is THEN shot.

The shooting of Mr. Pretti, viewed from video from multiple angles, was NOT justified. Pretti was holding only his phone, was LEGALLY carrying a firearm, never touched his firearm, was disarmed by an agent when they saw it in his waistband, and was then shot multiple times.
