it's very context dependent! in Tekken 5 frames would be the fastest thing in the game by a large margin, in SF3S it'd be an awfully slow jab
in SHC 5 frame jab is the normal standard, 7f meant it was losing in a ton of situations a jab shouldn't
a patch note that indicates Gains jab frame data has been reverted to 5 frames after a temporary nerf to 7
a very refreshed man hearing gain is back to normal
