i just thought of other lots that could kind of work like the eco lifestyle community space depending on the purpose you need it for.
like some 'event venue' type that can change for funerals/weddings/birthdays or a 'festival' lot type that changes with the seasons?

I had thought this would tie into Seasons… but apparently not so much, it’s better than PMP but I had hoped it works better in Seasons. Anyway:

Grouch Sims learn Mischief Skill 10% faster and Social motive decays half as fast as normal Sims.

Townhouses built in the Sims 4. The houses look pretty much identical but have different colors: The left one is blue, the middle one yellow and the one on the right is red. The style is US-Suburban.

I built townhouses in The Sims 4 in San Sequoia 💚 This build has three units including cozy interiors and backyards.
