i do appreciate that similar to other filipino orgs i've been in, they have a heavy emphasis on poli ed and incorporate that into the work. : )

i need to have a better mindset bc i don't want to start having a bias against younger people but organizing with these early 20s kids is a very different experience lol. i can tell that they are veryy greeen. which is ok, the reason why i am the way i am is bc of the things i had to learn early on

i say this with love, but these young organizers are not taking into account for people that work m-f 9-5 lol
