You're not ridiculous at all, it's one of the reasons I started this project. At the very least, being able to hold service providers to account by _your own country's legal system_ should be a no-brainer.

There's already a great site with EU options - european-alternatives.eu - but they don't cover the UK. It's definitely closer to home, but UK law around digital services is diverging from EU law.

I am definitely in need of volunteers though! Will post soon, with how to help.
