Collections Development Week, Day 4: As the searchroom team finish off our Robin Murray Archive, Keeper of Archives Gary Brannan has found time and space in his calendar to continue reboxing the Terrance Dicks Archive. Sadly jelly babies are prohibited in the strongroom.

Was researching my undergrad dissertation using the Rowntree company archives @uoyborthwick.bsky.social and had vague notions of being an historian, and I thought ‘if I’m an academic I’d get to play with archives ccasionally, if I do their (I.e archivists) job, I get to play with them every day’
