I have had such hostility towards watching “Meet the Press” since they’ve started bringing more repubs on. I thought why are they giving them another platform to spew lies? I now believe it is designed to let people see how clueless they are and how they are just performing for the 🍊 💩.

The movie “Civil War” that came out a couple years ago with Kristen Dunst is a very realistic portrayal of what could come. It doesn’t get into what led up to the war, but it definitely has the division part down. I hope it doesn’t come to that and that people open their eyes to trumpzilla soon.

What an embarrassment! He is an embarrassment, and the fact that our courts keep letting him sue people is an embarrassment to our court system. He should be fined 1 mil every time he tries to sue someone and loses. He throws out lies and insults nonstop, but someone says something about him … 🙄

repubs are saying he was the problem and the “agents” were afraid for their lives (9 guys on one small man). We all saw exactly what happened. Maybe if these guys are so afraid of everything they should be in a different line of work.

The only way ice is going to get pulled is if the repubs band together and do their job.They may be afraid of their (frumps) base, but maybe they should be afraid of ALL people. Maybe we all need to start stalking and hounding them and their families like frumps base does. Nice isn’t working.

He really thinks he is the king of the earth-not just the US. What an ego he must have to believe that anyone cares what he says. Push back and fines are how we deal with these kinds of people. Hopefully one day he will have his consequences to his reign of terror.

The repubs are so petty. They push this bill through that defunds so many good programs so the rich can have even MORE money that they don’t need, while they tell the working peeps that we will get a raise too (but that one is tiny and expires after they leave office). I’d rather fund the programs.

And speaking of the BIG UGLY BILL, did everyone see the great big raise in their checks from the taxes being lowered? I got an extra FIVE dollars a week! Oh happy day! What shall I buy with that extra 20 bucks a month? SO many options.

Yes, and jurors are just regular folks. As a juror, I would not have let him get off with no consequence. You and I will never agree because you are pro-gun rights and I believe that people need to take responsibility for their actions and that guns have no place in public. TY for your opinion.

The law is open to interpretation, and depending on where the offense happens you may get people let go or held responsible depending on how well the prosecutor or defense plays the game. All I’m saying is that it’s a dumb law and most humans should not be able to carry a weapon.

But it does happen-people see someone walking around with a firearm and they take it as an active shooter and go after the person before they hurt someone. You don’t know what a person’s intentions are. Regular people are not trained to be patient and a little taunt can cause them to snap and shoot.

With this law any person can decide to hang out where someone they don’t like or approve of is going to pass by, have their weapon out in the open, and when the person they don’t like tries to take the weapon they can be shot, killed and the shooter unblamed. Carrying a gun is the intent to use it.

So under this law, I could decide to take a stroll down the street carrying my weapon in full view. Some people spot me and are like oh shit - active shooter, and try to take the weapon. I shoot and kill them and now I get off free and clear because I claimed self defense. Seem a little assinine?
