As someone who struggles with depression & anxiety daily, having my feelings validated is key to my mental health. So here is my message to those struggling today:
Just as you are kind to others; you are worthy of, and deserve, showing the same kindness to yourself
Day one sucked, but friends and community helped me get through it.
Time for day two and moving forward 🙂
