after learning so much and getting help from many amazing people, I had the courage to speak up and say what’s on my mind and communicate. It felt freeing, to really be myself again since forever and not walk on eggshells anymore

I was such a goddamn people pleaser back then and it was a hard pattern to break especially as an autistic person. I was also taught by them that everyone is out to screw me over and to just keep my distance and survive. so fucking glad I don’t believe that anymore…

I appreciated all the good times we had but after they said some pretty bad comments and gossip about others behind their back to me, it’s when I realized that I was basically their yes-man for years and they used me for their own benefit

one thing i’ve noticed about myself this past year is that I have been laughing and crying more often and overall show more emotion especially after i ended a toxic friendship earlier this year. it was… something alright

still kinda wild to me how much I’ve changed for the better in the last 2 years or so… I was in dark place mentally at the start of 2024 and I was feeling very hopeless. it was until I received a very kind message that motivated me to do more then one thing lead to another and here I am

but moooood some days i just cant when audibly theres a lot going on especially if a lot of people are talking cause im like “all this chatter is overwhelming today” (yelling really gets to me sometimes) helps to think of stuff that makes me happy
