Ok, so I actually finished it on the 12th, and then it just took until today to get pictures but it's done.

If you look closely, you might be able to tell that I can't actually access the backside easily, meaning I had to be super super careful with my stitching so I didn't have any stitches showing on the outside of the garment.
That was frustrating, but all the snaps are now on.

I think I'd be scared of the chisel, but the fray check dab is actually a pretty good idea. Help control all the tiny little thread ends that immediately start popping out the buttonholes.

Having to hand sew snaps is really annoying.
I redid two because of bad alignment until I learned the "put a pin through it to keep it aligned" trick

Cat drama is the best.
There's someone who lives near me, who posts a newsletter about what the neighborhood cats have been up to every month, and it's absolutely delightful to stop and read the "Cat Times" newsletter stapled to a utility pole.

Like, not yelling at apartment bro to shut the fuck up, him yelling at me to come back and say it again, and me proceeding to turn around and do exactly that, and then him continuing to yell more about how no one cares if a car hits someone.

I mean, the only unsafe bit was the actual initial encounter with the car.

Fuck cars, fuck drivers who almost hit you because they're not paying attention, and fuck that random dude going into his apartment building who told me to shut up after I yelled at the driver who almost hit me

I'm tired of having to endanger myself just to cross a fucking street.

Today, drivers stopped in one direction, I start walking out into the street, and a man in a truck stops, not to let me continue crossing, but to make a left turn, with me a foot away from his truck and a foot behind the driver door side door.
Drivers on Belmont suck.
