Empty surfaces make a build feel fake. Use the "Pull-Away" trick to place items freely, or grab the OMSP Red Shelf to float clutter at perfect heights. Also, don't forget Debug items are free. TwistedMexi's Better Build Buy mod makes finding them easier.

The number one mistake in Sims 4 kitchens is placing cabinets at the ceiling line. It destroys the scale of the room. Lower them to align with the top of the fridge or windows. It makes the space feel grounded and realistic instantly.
