Crypto UX is unusable for the average person, so we’re rebuilding it from the ground up with bebOS, from wallet to app store.

When launching beb.domains, we made the mistake of copying ENS - our users spent $15,000 of gas, and half was wasted on an unnecessary commit transaction (unneeded since were a new collection).

We fixed that mistake today with one step mint for beb.domains.

The problem of doing engineering for 10 years means you don't learn how to explain ideas to a layman - we rebranded beb.domains again: we're keeping the internet human!

How would you describe your company to the average person?

Amazing how accurate Google Bard is at explaining brand new websites e.g. here's one for @beb.bsky.social: "Tell me what beb.domains is".

I think Bard did a pretty good job, amazing that it's built right in!
