Rup (RNA-seq Usability Assessment Pipeline) - Quality Control for Bulk RNA-seq Experiments in Eukaryotes Justus Liebig University. This protocol allows initial quality control for RNA-seq experiments for wet-lab biologists with limited bioinformatics experience.

🧬 We introduce RUP (RNA-Seq Usability Assessment Pipeline), a quality control pipeline for bulk RNA-sequencing data tiny.cc/qn1v001.
🧬 RUP is useful for anyone working with RNA-seq data -especially those interested in evolution, like the ICIPS crowd 🌱. #PlantScience #transcriptomics #rna-seqdata

🧬 This guide walks you through the step-by-step process, covering the installation of necessary tools and interpreting the results necessary for initial quality control of your RNAseq samples. It provides you with a solid base to decide if samples are of sufficient quality for downstream analyses.

I think this is one of the most powerful displays of what genetic engineering can do. Flower size and organ identity changed. And flower colour changes in a temporal order.
It shows we really understand flower development to a remarkable extent.
